Eiskaffee - Vanilla Ice Coffee



Eiskaffee - Ice Coffee It's a coffee lovers favorite on a beautiful summer day: strong chilled mokka with good vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream and served in a tall glas.


Ingredients:


chilled mokka (alternatively chilled brewed coffee)

vanilla ice cream

shaved dark chocolate and a coffee bean

or unsweetened cocoa powder

whipped cream



Preparation

Brew strong coffee or mokka, let cool and place in the refrigerator for several hours. Alternatively use left-over coffee from previous day. Also place a tall decorative glass in the freezer and chill. Place 2-3 table spoons of vanilla ice cream into the pre-chilled glass and top off with cold coffee. Swirl some whipped cream as garnish and sprinkle with shaved chocolate (or dust with unsweetened cocoa powder) and place a single coffee bean in the centre, serve with a straw. Enjoy!
